The design
At nine by twelve feet, the Garden Bouquet pattern finally gets the space it was drawn for. The oversized roses, peonies and poppies read like a mural underfoot, and the trailing-vine border frames the whole floor instead of hugging a corner.
Palette notes
The ground is a soft sage green — closer to dried eucalyptus than lawn grass — so the blush, brick and cream blooms sit on it quietly instead of shouting. It flatters wood floors of any tone and calms rooms that get a lot of afternoon sun.
Where it lives

In the wash
