• Timing and cost are shown at checkout on the listing and depend on your address and the retailer’s current options. Most catalog items ship quickly from domestic warehouses.
• Tracking arrives from the retailer once the parcel moves.
• Packaging: rugs arrive rolled or compact-folded. Fold creases from the box relax within a day or two flat on the floor — or immediately after the first wash.
